At FAMSA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your FAMSA account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare for Pickup or Shipping

  Carefully disassemble furniture if necessary and pack all items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Collection

  For oversized furniture, our logistics team will contact you to schedule a convenient home pickup; for smaller decor items, simply drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
